New Era Companies was founded in 2009 on a simple idea — the capital that funds healthcare real estate and the care that happens inside it should not be run by strangers to each other. From a focused development practice, New Era grew into a vertically integrated platform spanning capital formation, development, acquisitions, construction, brokerage, and alternative investments. Today the platform has delivered more than $2 billion in projects developed across the country, with a portfolio that continues to grow.
